We serviced our '20 Altima in Jacksonville, FL while there on an extended stay. Upon return home to PCB, we noticed the car had a small oil leak. We contacted the dealership in Jax, and they were awesome. He said for us to take it by our dealership (John Lee), and he'd make it right! I contacted JL and they got me in immediately! I received superior professional service from experienced sales person Eric. He patiently delivered answers about comparison of cars and their features. Eric gave a great tablet overview for my receiving the new vehicle. He went over the car's features, went over advantages and help me set up the app MyNissan, which works through Google. I appreciated financing services as well as follow up services I received help after the sale. Thanks to the service department on ordering accessories. I couldn't reccomend John Lee Mazda enough. I went in yesterday to see a 2018 CX-9. Branson had my information and we were test driving within minutes.
