After getting the runaround from several other shops in town trying to get my fleet vehicles serviced and worked on. Shops not being able to tell me how long it will take to do a oil change or just a simple brake job. I found Marcus the fleet manager at Nissan. He's been extremely helpful. Anything I need from tires to brakes he gets stuff done and parts ordered. our vehicles picked up and return the same day. It's bad when you can't get Ford dealerships to work on your Ford vehicles and you have to take them to Nissan. Marcus and his team will get all of my business from here on out even with my personal vehicles.

Miss E Walker my salesman really made my whole experience worth the while! She listened to me and mediates for me. She went over the car with me and was as concerned as I was with anything I had questions about! Miss E took all my concerns and made them hers. She fought for the best prices for me and talked me through the entire process. Even if I was being picky looking at 3 cars at one time lol. I would go back 100% for my next car but only if she was still selling their cars. She doesn’t just leave you hanging. She keeps in contact and makes sure to remind you she’s here for your needs. The service department however! The manager Mike instead of addressing my concerns with reassurance and listening to how I felt started to deny and argue and cancel out everything that was told to me before about the work performed. The hours they are scheduled. The courtesy that was bestowed to me without me even asking so I had no clue it was a courtesy I thought it was an obligation because they kept closing almost 30 minutes before their scheduled times. Forcing me to come bright and early in the morning when other people have jobs to get to. And mine happens to be a little important. This left a VERY very bad taste in my mouth and I’ll never forget that as someone who has help management positions in hotels and have had disgruntled guests and would never speak to them that way because it’s my job to listen. Think. And respond.

Jay was great. Really helped us understand the different versions of the cars. Downsized my Murano with the kids grown to a new platinum Rogue. Thanks Jay!

An almost pleasant purchasing experience. Usually buying a car at a dealership is grinding and takes forever. No high pressure and we worked out the details before I came in for a test drive. Bought a 2024 Frontier SV. I found Adrian Garcia to be very professional and knowledgeable. Not too much pressure from the finance and insurance guy either.
