I rolled into John Lee Nissan this morning for what I thought would be your standard, mildly painful oil change and tire rotation, but nope, these folks turned it into a surprisingly pleasant experience (which honestly feels illegal for a service visit). First off, the place runs smoother than fresh synthetic oil. No chaos, no confusion, no one trying to sell me a “premium air package” for my tires. Just straight-up efficient, honest service. I barely had time to get comfortable before things were already in motion. Now let’s talk about Ashley, absolute MVP. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d already have a statue out front. She was friendly, sharp, and somehow made the whole process feel easy. She explained everything without making me feel like I needed a mechanical engineering degree, kept me updated, and didn’t disappear into the back like a magician mid-trick. 10/10, no notes. The service itself? Quick. Like “did they secretly put my truck in the Fast & Furious pit crew lane?” quick. Before I knew it, my oil was changed, tires rotated, and I was back on the road wondering why all service appointments can’t be this painless. Bottom line: John Lee Nissan delivered big time. No nonsense, no stress, just great service. And if you go, do yourself a favor—ask for Ashley. She’ll take care of you like you’re her favorite customer (even if you’re not… yet).

I was window shopping for a bigger vehicle, as my family has recently grown by 1: making our family a family of 6 now. I test drove this 2018 used Tahoe and ended up buying it the next day. Adrian gave us outstanding service. He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. If I ever decide to upgrade I’m definitely going back to talk with him! We had a great experience and everything was done within a very timely manner.

I love this place. I was looking around for a suv that fit me and I found it at John Lee Nissan. What's more is that I was taken care of by a wonderful gentleman ( Fensay Frazier) who helped me buy an amazing vehicle that I just loved. I always have a very positive experience at John Lee Nissan. From buying my car there to any of the service or recall appointments. The waiting room is comfortable and clean and they offer nice snacks. The employees are friendly and helpful. As a bonus, I can get my car washed anytime. Definitely recommend John Lee Nissan.

Fensay was beyond amazing. I had to trade in my car due to an engine knock and on the way to get my new car my engine seized up on 23rd street. After calling fensay he got a group to come and push my car into the lot. Including hunter Jermal and Adrian. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and calm and assured me that anything I needed he was there. This was probably the best experience for buying a first car at a young age and I have no regrets.

Adrian Garcia is the sales associate you want!!! I don’t even know where to begin, my car buying experience here was quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration from the professionalism of everything and the quality of car for the price was amazing. I had to come on and share a recent experience I had at John Lee Nissan in Panama City, my mom was looking for a new car after hers was totaled in a car accident a few weeks prior. She was pretty sure she wanted another make/model (the same one she had just totaled) we just stopped by Nissan dealer to verify she felt sure she wanted the other car. A very nice salesman named Eric Small came and helped us and we even drove around the Nissan Rogue which was incredible but ultimately a little too large for my mom. Eric was so nice and patient and no gimmicky sales pitch or pressure. We were so impressed with him I came on here to leave a review. I wouldn’t hesitate to test drive a new Nissan when I go to purchase a new car myself and I’ll be sure to ask for him! Go visit Nissan and ask for Eric for a no pressure approach! 5 stars all the way!

I have been a John Lee Nissan customer since 2012 when I bought my 2012 Nissan Versa. After that, I traded in that car and bought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I am at 234,345 and it still runs great. With those miles, I have had quite a few oil changes. They provide a shuttle service and I had the pleasure of meeting their driver Carol. Today, I came in to have my service done, I didn't see Carol and I asked about her. I found out that Carol had passed. Her kindness and attention to detail can never be replaced. She was an amazing person and she will be forever missed. I am a little annoyed that I have been sitting here waiting on the shuttle for an hour to drop off 3 people. But, I have to be reminded that this is not Carol.

Etoiel (E) Walker was awesome! She didn't pressure, answered all of our questions, and we got a fair deal on a great truck. Trading in our car was super easy too. Had a wonderful experience at John Lee Mazda in PCB. We were met by Jared Woods who was professional and friendly and most knowledgeable of the CX50 we were test driving. While there we fell in love with a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR and just had to take it for a test drive. Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC!! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. I rolled into John Lee Nissan this morning for what I thought would be your standard, mildly painful oil change and tire rotation, but nope, these folks turned it into a surprisingly pleasant experience (which honestly feels illegal for a service visit). First off, the place runs smoother than fresh synthetic oil. No chaos, no confusion, no one trying to sell me a “premium air package” for my tires. Just straight-up efficient, honest service. I barely had time to get comfortable before things were already in motion. Now let’s talk about Ashley, absolute MVP. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d already have a statue out front. She was friendly, sharp, and somehow made the whole process feel easy. She explained everything without making me feel like I needed a mechanical engineering degree, kept me updated, and didn’t disappear into the back like a magician mid-trick. 10/10, no notes. The service itself? Quick. Like “did they secretly put my truck in the Fast & Furious pit crew lane?” quick. Before I knew it, my oil was changed, tires rotated, and I was back on the road wondering why all service appointments can’t be this painless. Bottom line: John Lee Nissan delivered big time. I was window shopping for a bigger vehicle, as my family has recently grown by 1: making our family a family of 6 now. I test drove this 2018 used Tahoe and ended up buying it the next day. Fensay was beyond amazing. I had to trade in my car due to an engine knock and on the way to get my new car my engine seized up on 23rd street. After calling fensay he got a group to come and push my car into the lot. Including hunter Jermal and Adrian. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and calm and assured me that anything I needed he was there. This was probably the best experience for buying a first car at a young age and I have no regrets.

I had to come on and share a recent experience I had at John Lee Nissan in Panama City, my mom was looking for a new car after hers was totaled in a car accident a few weeks prior. She was pretty sure she wanted another make/model (the same one she had just totaled) we just stopped by Nissan dealer to verify she felt sure she wanted the other car. A very nice salesman named Eric Small came and helped us and we even drove around the Nissan Rogue which was incredible but ultimately a little too large for my mom. Eric was so nice and patient and no gimmicky sales pitch or pressure. We were so impressed with him I came on here to leave a review. I wouldn’t hesitate to test drive a new Nissan when I go to purchase a new car myself and I’ll be sure to ask for him! Go visit Nissan and ask for Eric for a no pressure approach! 5 stars all the way!

I have been a John Lee Nissan customer since 2012 when I bought my 2012 Nissan Versa. After that, I traded in that car and bought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I am at 234,345 and it still runs great. With those miles, I have had quite a few oil changes. They provide a shuttle service and I had the pleasure of meeting their driver Carol. Today, I came in to have my service done, I didn't see Carol and I asked about her. I found out that Carol had passed. Her kindness and attention to detail can never be replaced. She was an amazing person and she will be forever missed. I am a little annoyed that I have been sitting here waiting on the shuttle for an hour to drop off 3 people. But, I have to be reminded that this is not Carol.

When me and my wife went to John Lee Nissan to look at a new car the sales representative Sean Clark greatest us. After approximately one hour speaking with Sean we made the decision to buy our new car. It was Sean who sealed the deal because of both his courteous attitude and his knowledge of the cars we were looking at. To date, this was the simplest and least time-consuming car purchase I've ever made. Working with John Lee Nissan, and specifically with Mr Jared Wood was a pleasure. I never once felt rushed by Mr. Jared to make a choice. And he's competent in his own right. Since I had already researched the car and price, and he confirmed my findings, I knew he was being forthright and honest. In case my credit union was unable to assist me, he provided me the option of financing through the dealership, but he did not put undue pressure on me to make a decision. Lastly, he is very professional, has a great attitude and a hilarious sense of humor. If you're in the market for a new car, Jared is who you should be working with. I'm very satisfied with the purchase of my Pre-owned Lexus RX350.

I knew something was up with my car. The service crew at John Lee Nissan were honest, saying if I just got the brakes done, I'd be wasting my money (the whole brake system was done for due to my job, where I drive everywhere). I decided to trade it in. Etoiel "E" Walker was great! She helped me figure out which car fit me, my lifestyle, and my budget. Everything was honest. I highly recommend John Lee Nissan, and even plan to bring my children their for their first cars. Even after the purchase, the dealership continues to reach out to me to make sure everything is okay.

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier. Let me say that this is an awesome vehicle and John Lee Nissan is an awesome dealership. Over the years of buying cars from dealerships I must say that they quickly earned my trust and sit in the number 1 spot on my list. Secondly, Maddy, my salesperson, was just as awesome. She made me feel at ease and treated me with kindness and respect. In this day and age the term “service” has diminished or totally lost its meaning. This was not the case with her. Her knowledge and enthusiasm with the product was also unparalleled. She made the whole experience seamless and hassle free. She quickly made me feel like a person and not just another “number” walking through their door. I really appreciated her taking time to take me to the other departments and to meet other members of the John Lee team. This is something that I had never experienced with other dealerships. All I can say Maddy is “cool beans”. Lastly, family is very important to me. The John Lee Nissan family took the time to make me feel like a member of their family and now I consider them a member of mine.

I have never owned a car with a car note, nor have I ever purchased my own vehicle. However, Sillas from Panama City Mazda made the process so easy and he made me feel very comfortable that I was making a great decision. I came from Tallahassee and Sillas did his best helping from a distance to make the dealership experience quick and painless — providing the pictures, the trade-in estimation, the buyer’s order, and best of all competitive interests rates. This is the first Nissan I have ever driven or owned, I was always a Ford person. I was very impressed with the selection on the lot and as it turned out John Lee Nissan had just the car I wanted! I test drove it and then bought it!! Kasey Wilson made the process so easy and comfortable. Jackie and, I believe his name was Nick(finance guy), were also immensely helpful!! I did have a little glitch with Nissan Connect but Kasey and Jackie stayed in constant contact and helped me resolve the matter. I could not be happier with my beautiful new Nissan Murano!!!

We stopped in Saturday to look around. We met Kasey Wilson our salesperson. We didn't really know what we wanted and Kasey took the time to listen and help. We left thinking we wanted a Toyota 4-runner; we test drove several used ones. So off to Toyota we went and test drove some new ones. We kept thinking about something Kasey said about the new Pathfinder; which we never tested the first time. So off we went back to Nissan and test drove the 2022 Pathfinder. We fell in love with it. It gave us more towing capacity and a much better ride (IMO) than the 4Runner. Kasey was never pushy...thank you! The finance team was FABULOUS too! Eric is by far the most patient, genuine, honest, and least pushy salesman I have experienced while looking for a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a VERY long process for me to make a decision. Time after time I came in to Eric to take a look at different vehicles (from Altima to Frontier to eventually a Rogue) and each time he was patient and helpful whenever I had a question. I can honestly say I never felt pressured and I am absolutely in love with my vehicle and have no buyer's remorse. 6/5 I will always recommend Eric to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Just bought our second car from John Lee Nissan in less than six months. The experience working with Dave Bolin is what brought me back to work with him for the second car. One of the best things about working with Dave is that he never once pushed for me to move up to a more expensive model of the cars we wanted. And when I wanted to drive a Mazda to compare to a similar Nissan model he was able to make that happen. Buying a car has always been a stressful experience but buying these last two were smooth as could be.

Since moving to Bay County in 2002, John Lee Nissan is the only dealership I have used for sales and service. I rate their selection, staff and assistance as excellent in all departments. Recently, sales associate Maddie Harper went above and beyond by intuitively contacting me just when I was considering a trade-in of my 2016 Rogue. I also received a loyalty credit from Nissan in the mail at about the same time, and I did my own research on the new Rogues. So I am highly pleased to say that I was not in the least bit disappointed when I left John Lee Nissan with the exact upgrade I wanted in the 2021 Rogue with the platinum package. Between Maddie in sales, Michael Fowler in finance and Jackie in management, my purchase was the most enjoyable and streamlined of all my vehicle purchases in my 50+ years of driving!

Fensay and the staff at John Lee Nissan were great! We had a set budget that we would not go above on monthly payments. My husband and I visited two dealerships that said "No, there is no way we can get you payments that low," I had gone online to look at what John Lee Nissan had and submitted a request for information. After such a bad experience with the two dealerships that day, the staff at John Lee had to really work just to get me to come in the door. When they first contacted me via email, I told them thanks but no thanks you can't help me with where my payments need to be and what is on my credit report. I want to really thank Fensay for all his hard work, Kimberly for getting me in the door, and Anton for being so entertaining while we signed all of our paperwork. You guys are amazing!!!
