I rolled into John Lee Nissan this morning for what I thought would be your standard, mildly painful oil change and tire rotation, but nope, these folks turned it into a surprisingly pleasant experience (which honestly feels illegal for a service visit). First off, the place runs smoother than fresh synthetic oil. No chaos, no confusion, no one trying to sell me a “premium air package” for my tires. Just straight-up efficient, honest service. I barely had time to get comfortable before things were already in motion. Now let’s talk about Ashley, absolute MVP. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d already have a statue out front. She was friendly, sharp, and somehow made the whole process feel easy. She explained everything without making me feel like I needed a mechanical engineering degree, kept me updated, and didn’t disappear into the back like a magician mid-trick. 10/10, no notes. The service itself? Quick. Like “did they secretly put my truck in the Fast & Furious pit crew lane?” quick. Before I knew it, my oil was changed, tires rotated, and I was back on the road wondering why all service appointments can’t be this painless. Bottom line: John Lee Nissan delivered big time. No nonsense, no stress, just great service. And if you go, do yourself a favor—ask for Ashley. She’ll take care of you like you’re her favorite customer (even if you’re not… yet).

I was window shopping for a bigger vehicle, as my family has recently grown by 1: making our family a family of 6 now. I test drove this 2018 used Tahoe and ended up buying it the next day. Adrian gave us outstanding service. He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. If I ever decide to upgrade I’m definitely going back to talk with him! We had a great experience and everything was done within a very timely manner.

I love this place. I was looking around for a suv that fit me and I found it at John Lee Nissan. What's more is that I was taken care of by a wonderful gentleman ( Fensay Frazier) who helped me buy an amazing vehicle that I just loved. I always have a very positive experience at John Lee Nissan. From buying my car there to any of the service or recall appointments. The waiting room is comfortable and clean and they offer nice snacks. The employees are friendly and helpful. As a bonus, I can get my car washed anytime. Definitely recommend John Lee Nissan.

Fensay was beyond amazing. I had to trade in my car due to an engine knock and on the way to get my new car my engine seized up on 23rd street. After calling fensay he got a group to come and push my car into the lot. Including hunter Jermal and Adrian. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and calm and assured me that anything I needed he was there. This was probably the best experience for buying a first car at a young age and I have no regrets.

Adrian Garcia is the sales associate you want!!! I don’t even know where to begin, my car buying experience here was quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration from the professionalism of everything and the quality of car for the price was amazing. I had to come on and share a recent experience I had at John Lee Nissan in Panama City, my mom was looking for a new car after hers was totaled in a car accident a few weeks prior. She was pretty sure she wanted another make/model (the same one she had just totaled) we just stopped by Nissan dealer to verify she felt sure she wanted the other car. A very nice salesman named Eric Small came and helped us and we even drove around the Nissan Rogue which was incredible but ultimately a little too large for my mom. Eric was so nice and patient and no gimmicky sales pitch or pressure. We were so impressed with him I came on here to leave a review. I wouldn’t hesitate to test drive a new Nissan when I go to purchase a new car myself and I’ll be sure to ask for him! Go visit Nissan and ask for Eric for a no pressure approach! 5 stars all the way!

I have been a John Lee Nissan customer since 2012 when I bought my 2012 Nissan Versa. After that, I traded in that car and bought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I am at 234,345 and it still runs great. With those miles, I have had quite a few oil changes. They provide a shuttle service and I had the pleasure of meeting their driver Carol. Today, I came in to have my service done, I didn't see Carol and I asked about her. I found out that Carol had passed. Her kindness and attention to detail can never be replaced. She was an amazing person and she will be forever missed. I am a little annoyed that I have been sitting here waiting on the shuttle for an hour to drop off 3 people. But, I have to be reminded that this is not Carol.

Etoiel (E) Walker was awesome! She didn't pressure, answered all of our questions, and we got a fair deal on a great truck. Trading in our car was super easy too. Had a wonderful experience at John Lee Mazda in PCB. We were met by Jared Woods who was professional and friendly and most knowledgeable of the CX50 we were test driving. While there we fell in love with a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR and just had to take it for a test drive. Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC!! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. I bought a used vehicle from John Lee Nissan in September 2024 and my salesman Johnathan S. was great help and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. After a few days, I noticed that my air-conditioning wasn't working, I made the call to Johnathan and we scheduled to bring it back, and it was fixed for free! I also just had my first maintenance and inspection and the service technician made a video to show me the inspection and about some repairs that were needed. Excellent Job team!

After getting the runaround from several other shops in town trying to get my fleet vehicles serviced and worked on. Shops not being able to tell me how long it will take to do a oil change or just a simple brake job. I found Marcus the fleet manager at Nissan. He's been extremely helpful. Anything I need from tires to brakes he gets stuff done and parts ordered. our vehicles picked up and return the same day. It's bad when you can't get Ford dealerships to work on your Ford vehicles and you have to take them to Nissan. Marcus and his team will get all of my business from here on out even with my personal vehicles.

Working the the John Lee staff from when I fist contacted Joe Harris on my intentions to purchase a vehicle, to going thru the paper work with Patrick and having all the benefits offered from John Lee Nissan explained by the customer service rep, (Jackie i believe) I was getting the vehicle for may daughter and they we all tremendous in making her feel comfortable with the process and learning about the the gadgets on the new Altima. Update: Just Went to look for a car to replace our current 2018 Rogue. Had a great experience with Joseph (Joey) Harris who patiently assisted as he showed us multiple models and trim levels, new and used vehicles. We never received any pressure towards a particular model and He was very open about the different trims. Once we decided on a vehicle the sales process with extremely smooth. 12/17/2024 Took my 2018 Titan Pro4x in for service and ended up trading it in for a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve. I had not planned on this but while walking the lot waiting for my truck Jay and I started talking about about my truck and he was very knowledgeable about the different models on the lot. To make the story short I got n offer on my truck and a great price for a new one. There was no pressure or hard sell and siad thank you. About an hour later I decided to take a test drive. After that is was a great experience working with Jay and Patrick through the purchase process. The dreaded finance process was a breeze and took ~20 minutes. After that Jay walked me through all the features of the Platinum Reserve. All in all Jay was very easy to work with.

Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC! ! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. The whole team worked hard to make sure my experience at John Lee Nissan was a positive one. I am impressed enough to consider driving to PC to purchase a vehicle from them. Great work!!

I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was totaled a few weeks ago. I have been completely devasted through this process as I absolutely LOVED my Rogue. I had been hesitant to drive and knew that I would need a new car so we started the search. I looked around at different makes and models and finally ended our day at John Lee Nissan in Panama City. Nothing felt more like "home" than when we met with Jermal Tolver and the group at John Lee. We looked at different Pathfinders to get a feel of what we wanted and needed. Jermal was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us through the process. He was very aware of my hesitation for everything; safety, test driving, the needs our family needed, etc. and perfectly executed all of it with so much compassion on how the Pathfinder would fit all of those needs. Without hesitation, I'd recommend John Lee Nissan, Jermal Tolver, and the Pathfinders!

Excellent! Another experience purchasing a Nissan from John lee Nissan today. My salesman, Eric Small, was more than accommodating. He understood my desire to evaluate multiple vehicle makes as I have only owned Nissans for the past 20 years. So, in comparing a couple Mazda offerings with the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I am pleased to say the Nissan experience won out. The financial person, Anton, was informative but not overbearing, and it was a pleasurable transaction all the way around. Again, I am very happy with the staff, the dealership (who has been maintaining my Muranos for more than 14 years), and my new vehicle. Thank-you.

Billy was absolutely amazing to work with ! I was coming from another city, and he stayed late to wait for me. He was prepared, professional, gave me all the details and answers to all the questions, which was quite a lot. lol. He also stayed with me through the entire process, waiting for Finance took a little bit longer than expected, and he was right there waiting with us. He kept us occupied with great conversation, and just overall amazing service ! recently stopped by John Lee Nissan in Panama City FL. to be honest , I was dreading the process of buying a new car even though I really needed and wanted a bigger car. my daughter and I walked in around 5pm on Saturday not realizing they closed at 6pm. we were immediately created by Maddy Harper . She was extremely helpful, honest, and even stayed late to show us the Pathfinders I was interested in . Maddy and her team stayed late for us and we drove away in a brand new 2024 Pathfinder !! The evening my husband and I visited John Lee Nissan's Car Lot, we did not intend to buy a vehicle! I promise we didn't! We were merely "looking" at a row of Jeep Wrangler's, admiring them. I couldn't reccomend John Lee Mazda enough. I went in yesterday to see a 2018 CX-9. Branson had my information and we were test driving within minutes. I loved the car; and throughout the entire purchase Branson was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. He was also wonderful with my rambunctious five year old. Doug in finance was equally amazing and scored us a fantastic interest rate. If you're on the lookout for a new car, run to John Lee Mazda and ask for Branson!
