Working the the John Lee staff from when I fist contacted Joe Harris on my intentions to purchase a vehicle, to going thru the paper work with Patrick and having all the benefits offered from John Lee Nissan explained by the customer service rep, (Jackie i believe) I was getting the vehicle for may daughter and they we all tremendous in making her feel comfortable with the process and learning about the the gadgets on the new Altima. Update: Just Went to look for a car to replace our current 2018 Rogue. Had a great experience with Joseph (Joey) Harris who patiently assisted as he showed us multiple models and trim levels, new and used vehicles. We never received any pressure towards a particular model and He was very open about the different trims. Once we decided on a vehicle the sales process with extremely smooth. 12/17/2024 Took my 2018 Titan Pro4x in for service and ended up trading it in for a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve. I had not planned on this but while walking the lot waiting for my truck Jay and I started talking about about my truck and he was very knowledgeable about the different models on the lot. To make the story short I got n offer on my truck and a great price for a new one. There was no pressure or hard sell and siad thank you. About an hour later I decided to take a test drive. After that is was a great experience working with Jay and Patrick through the purchase process. The dreaded finance process was a breeze and took ~20 minutes. After that Jay walked me through all the features of the Platinum Reserve. All in all Jay was very easy to work with.

I had previously left a negative review based upon a bad experience, so only fair that I'd update with this positive experience. We serviced our '20 Altima in Jacksonville, FL while there on an extended stay. Upon return home to PCB, we noticed the car had a small oil leak. Update from 8/3/24... Your detailing team deserves a huge kudos for their integrity and hard work. I had my auto butler service appointment yesterday and was very surprised to see a pair or Airpods sitting on the front passenger seat when I got home. My daughter misplaced them before school let out in May and couldn't find them. I even have had my vehicle detailed once since then at a different place. I was so happy that your team found them and left them on the seat for me to find. It's so nice to know that there are still honest people in the world and I wanted to let you guys know how thankful I am for that. Jonathan Salvador was the easiest salesman I've ever worked with. He was so patient as I asked tons of questions, looked at lots of vehicles (after looking at the first one, the one I ended up buying) and drove around the parking lot several times. He honestly answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I highly recommend seeking him out if you're looking for a new, or new to you vehicle. The warranty and perks I received from John Lee Nissan made me feel much more comfortable about buying a pre-owned vehicle. Recently was in the market for car, test drove several cars from several dealerships. Visited John Lee Nissan and met with sales representative Adrian Garcia. Mr Garcia worked with me on 2 cars that I test drove unfortunately those didn’t work out. That night I found another vehicle that just came available I called Mr Garcia and he scheduled a test drive the next morning ( on his day off) test drove the car loved it at the time and purchased it. Later that day after purchase noticed an issue and immediately contacted Mr. Garcia who informed me that the issue could be a warranty issue and to take car to Kia. Took car to Kia a few days later and found out that the issue was an over sight of the mechanics at John Lee and it was fixed promptly by Kia, car was reinfected and overall 10 outta 10 was advised by Kia to go back to john Lee and speak to management about issue to let them know that it was an oversight by them when their inspection was done. Was directed to speak with clay (the manager of pre owned cars) HE WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON EVER!!! spoke to me VERY RUDELY!! and did not want to handle the issue even though issue was missed by the service dept..CLAY Should not be employed at this establishment if that’s the way he treats customers!!!! My overall experience was great with Adrian Garcia!! And the car is AMAZING after the oversight but clay the pre owned car manager is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Stay away from him!!!
