I’ve been a Nissan owner for over 15 years. Went in on 11/25/24 to look at and purchase a new Titan. I was greeted and helped by salesman, Eric Small. Was very happy with the service he provided and there was never any rush or push into buying anything I wasn’t looking for. He went above and beyond to get me the Titan that I wanted from another dealership and have it for me within a days time. Would recommend John Lee Nissan for both sales and services and Highly recommend Eric Small if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

I had previously left a negative review based upon a bad experience, so only fair that I'd update with this positive experience. We serviced our '20 Altima in Jacksonville, FL while there on an extended stay. Upon return home to PCB, we noticed the car had a small oil leak. We contacted the dealership in Jax, and they were awesome. He said for us to take it by our dealership (John Lee), and he'd make it right! I contacted JL and they got me in immediately! (Currently have the car there, so praying for no more problems.) Thank you Mike, Danielle and David at John Lee Nissan for standing behind your brand! I'll post a separate thank you to the folks at Coggins Nissan Jax.

I received superior professional service from experienced sales person Eric. He patiently delivered answers about comparison of cars and their features. Eric gave a great tablet overview for my receiving the new vehicle. He went over the car's features, went over advantages and help me set up the app MyNissan, which works through Google. I appreciated financing services as well as follow up services I received help after the sale. Thanks to the service department on ordering accessories. Having so many excellent cars to chose from with service from a super knowledgeable professional made it a successful buy of a discounted NEW 2024 and fair value on trade in for me!! We didn’t plan on purchasing a different vehicle when we came for an oil change. But we ended up trading ours in. This will be our 2nd purchase at John Lee Nissan working with Maddy. She made both experiences so easy. She’s informed about the vehicles and is not pushy. She’s easy to talk to, like you’re talking with someone you’ve known forever. We will continue to work with Maddy with any future car needs! Also, I can’t say enough about the service department. I always get quick oil changes and Auto Butler services. I’ve been told in the past to stay away from dealerships when getting anything done, but I have found John Lee to have top notch service!

I highly recommend this dealer; they have their stuff together, and they have a lot of long-term employees to prove it. I did a long distance deal with them on a used vehicle. They negotiated in good faith, they did what they said they would do, and the vehicle was as represented. You would do well to ask for Eric Small as your salesperson. Eric is a true professional; there are not enough of those in the car business, or any business for that matter.

I highly recommend Eric Small for your next purchase! Eric went out of his way to secure the vehicle we wanted! He went so far as to check with inbound deliveries due soon. Update from 8/3/24... Your detailing team deserves a huge kudos for their integrity and hard work. I had my auto butler service appointment yesterday and was very surprised to see a pair or Airpods sitting on the front passenger seat when I got home. My daughter misplaced them before school let out in May and couldn't find them. I even have had my vehicle detailed once since then at a different place. I was so happy that your team found them and left them on the seat for me to find. It's so nice to know that there are still honest people in the world and I wanted to let you guys know how thankful I am for that. Jonathan Salvador was the easiest salesman I've ever worked with. He was so patient as I asked tons of questions, looked at lots of vehicles (after looking at the first one, the one I ended up buying) and drove around the parking lot several times. He honestly answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I highly recommend seeking him out if you're looking for a new, or new to you vehicle. The warranty and perks I received from John Lee Nissan made me feel much more comfortable about buying a pre-owned vehicle. The finance guy (super nice Russian I believe, sorry I'm terrible with names) was great at getting me the best deal for my money.

Recently was in the market for car, test drove several cars from several dealerships. Visited John Lee Nissan and met with sales representative Adrian Garcia. Mr Garcia worked with me on 2 cars that I test drove unfortunately those didn’t work out. That night I found another vehicle that just came available I called Mr Garcia and he scheduled a test drive the next morning ( on his day off) test drove the car loved it at the time and purchased it. Later that day after purchase noticed an issue and immediately contacted Mr. Garcia who informed me that the issue could be a warranty issue and to take car to Kia. Took car to Kia a few days later and found out that the issue was an over sight of the mechanics at John Lee and it was fixed promptly by Kia, car was reinfected and overall 10 outta 10 was advised by Kia to go back to john Lee and speak to management about issue to let them know that it was an oversight by them when their inspection was done. Was directed to speak with clay (the manager of pre owned cars) HE WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON EVER!!! spoke to me VERY RUDELY!! and did not want to handle the issue even though issue was missed by the service dept..CLAY Should not be employed at this establishment if that’s the way he treats customers!!!! My overall experience was great with Adrian Garcia!! And the car is AMAZING after the oversight but clay the pre owned car manager is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Stay away from him!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Syn a few weeks ago and it was a fantastic experience. We talked back and forth for the entire week about a 2021 Rubicon I was interested in. She was kind and patient and answered every question I had (and there were a lot). I can't say enough good things about this dealership. From Syn, to the sales manager Chris, and the finance manager, they were all kind and helpful and treated me like family. They even ordered me lunch which is something I didn't expect. Bought my very first “Brand New” car here and let me say that Jonathan and Anton deserve a raise! Both were super helpful and even having to wait 6 hours in total to finish up paperwork and get the car signed over (Anton was the only Finance guy working) - I would wait longer if needed. I rolled into John Lee Nissan this morning for what I thought would be your standard, mildly painful oil change and tire rotation, but nope, these folks turned it into a surprisingly pleasant experience (which honestly feels illegal for a service visit). First off, the place runs smoother than fresh synthetic oil. No chaos, no confusion, no one trying to sell me a “premium air package” for my tires. Just straight-up efficient, honest service. I barely had time to get comfortable before things were already in motion. Now let’s talk about Ashley, absolute MVP. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d already have a statue out front. She was friendly, sharp, and somehow made the whole process feel easy. She explained everything without making me feel like I needed a mechanical engineering degree, kept me updated, and didn’t disappear into the back like a magician mid-trick. 10/10, no notes. The service itself? Quick. Like “did they secretly put my truck in the Fast & Furious pit crew lane?” quick. Before I knew it, my oil was changed, tires rotated, and I was back on the road wondering why all service appointments can’t be this painless. Bottom line: John Lee Nissan delivered big time. No nonsense, no stress, just great service. And if you go, do yourself a favor—ask for Ashley. She’ll take care of you like you’re her favorite customer (even if you’re not… yet).

I was window shopping for a bigger vehicle, as my family has recently grown by 1: making our family a family of 6 now. I test drove this 2018 used Tahoe and ended up buying it the next day. Fensay was beyond amazing. I had to trade in my car due to an engine knock and on the way to get my new car my engine seized up on 23rd street. After calling fensay he got a group to come and push my car into the lot. Including hunter Jermal and Adrian. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and calm and assured me that anything I needed he was there. This was probably the best experience for buying a first car at a young age and I have no regrets.

I had to come on and share a recent experience I had at John Lee Nissan in Panama City, my mom was looking for a new car after hers was totaled in a car accident a few weeks prior. She was pretty sure she wanted another make/model (the same one she had just totaled) we just stopped by Nissan dealer to verify she felt sure she wanted the other car. A very nice salesman named Eric Small came and helped us and we even drove around the Nissan Rogue which was incredible but ultimately a little too large for my mom. Eric was so nice and patient and no gimmicky sales pitch or pressure. We were so impressed with him I came on here to leave a review. I wouldn’t hesitate to test drive a new Nissan when I go to purchase a new car myself and I’ll be sure to ask for him! Go visit Nissan and ask for Eric for a no pressure approach! 5 stars all the way!

I have been a John Lee Nissan customer since 2012 when I bought my 2012 Nissan Versa. After that, I traded in that car and bought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I am at 234,345 and it still runs great. With those miles, I have had quite a few oil changes. They provide a shuttle service and I had the pleasure of meeting their driver Carol. Today, I came in to have my service done, I didn't see Carol and I asked about her. I found out that Carol had passed. Her kindness and attention to detail can never be replaced. She was an amazing person and she will be forever missed. I am a little annoyed that I have been sitting here waiting on the shuttle for an hour to drop off 3 people. But, I have to be reminded that this is not Carol.

Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC!! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC! ! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. The whole team worked hard to make sure my experience at John Lee Nissan was a positive one. I am impressed enough to consider driving to PC to purchase a vehicle from them. Great work!!

I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was totaled a few weeks ago. I have been completely devasted through this process as I absolutely LOVED my Rogue. I had been hesitant to drive and knew that I would need a new car so we started the search. I looked around at different makes and models and finally ended our day at John Lee Nissan in Panama City. Nothing felt more like "home" than when we met with Jermal Tolver and the group at John Lee. We looked at different Pathfinders to get a feel of what we wanted and needed. Jermal was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us through the process. He was very aware of my hesitation for everything; safety, test driving, the needs our family needed, etc. and perfectly executed all of it with so much compassion on how the Pathfinder would fit all of those needs. Without hesitation, I'd recommend John Lee Nissan, Jermal Tolver, and the Pathfinders!

Excellent! Another experience purchasing a Nissan from John lee Nissan today. My salesman, Eric Small, was more than accommodating. He understood my desire to evaluate multiple vehicle makes as I have only owned Nissans for the past 20 years. So, in comparing a couple Mazda offerings with the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I am pleased to say the Nissan experience won out. The financial person, Anton, was informative but not overbearing, and it was a pleasurable transaction all the way around. Billy was absolutely amazing to work with ! I was coming from another city, and he stayed late to wait for me. He was prepared, professional, gave me all the details and answers to all the questions, which was quite a lot. lol. He also stayed with me through the entire process, waiting for Finance took a little bit longer than expected, and he was right there waiting with us. He kept us occupied with great conversation, and just overall amazing service ! recently stopped by John Lee Nissan in Panama City FL. to be honest , I was dreading the process of buying a new car even though I really needed and wanted a bigger car. my daughter and I walked in around 5pm on Saturday not realizing they closed at 6pm. we were immediately created by Maddy Harper . The evening my husband and I visited John Lee Nissan's Car Lot, we did not intend to buy a vehicle! I promise we didn't! We were merely "looking" at a row of Jeep Wrangler's, admiring them. I couldn't reccomend John Lee Mazda enough. I went in yesterday to see a 2018 CX-9. Branson had my information and we were test driving within minutes. I loved the car; and throughout the entire purchase Branson was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. He was also wonderful with my rambunctious five year old. Doug in finance was equally amazing and scored us a fantastic interest rate. If you're on the lookout for a new car, run to John Lee Mazda and ask for Branson!
