Wow! I’ve been eyeing the Nissan Rogue Rock Creek for awhile now but didn’t want to buy brand new. Found this gem of a deal at John Lee. I can’t express enough the easy process that was made by Josh (Sales Manager), Tim (FI manager) and the top kudos to Adrian in sales. Started this process yesterday afternoon and Adrian was pulling up in my driveway with my car the next morning 2 hours away. We purchased a gorgeous 2019 Nissan Armada from John Lee Nissan this week and the car salesman was absolutely amazing. I had a friend recommend Adrain to me so I reached out to Adrian after I had struggled to find what I was looking for locally and he that day reached back out with exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient in his role! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was window shopping for a bigger vehicle, as my family has recently grown by 1: making our family a family of 6 now. I test drove this 2018 used Tahoe and ended up buying it the next day. An almost pleasant purchasing experience. Usually buying a car at a dealership is grinding and takes forever. No high pressure and we worked out the details before I came in for a test drive. Bought a 2024 Frontier SV. I found Adrian Garcia to be very professional and knowledgeable. Not too much pressure from the finance and insurance guy either.

Recently was in the market for car, test drove several cars from several dealerships. Visited John Lee Nissan and met with sales representative Adrian Garcia. Mr Garcia worked with me on 2 cars that I test drove unfortunately those didn’t work out. That night I found another vehicle that just came available I called Mr Garcia and he scheduled a test drive the next morning ( on his day off) test drove the car loved it at the time and purchased it. Later that day after purchase noticed an issue and immediately contacted Mr. Garcia who informed me that the issue could be a warranty issue and to take car to Kia. Took car to Kia a few days later and found out that the issue was an over sight of the mechanics at John Lee and it was fixed promptly by Kia, car was reinfected and overall 10 outta 10 was advised by Kia to go back to john Lee and speak to management about issue to let them know that it was an oversight by them when their inspection was done. Was directed to speak with clay (the manager of pre owned cars) HE WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON EVER!!! spoke to me VERY RUDELY!! and did not want to handle the issue even though issue was missed by the service dept..CLAY Should not be employed at this establishment if that’s the way he treats customers!!!! My overall experience was great with Adrian Garcia!! And the car is AMAZING after the oversight but clay the pre owned car manager is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Stay away from him!!!
