As we were traveling on interstate our car stopped and had to be towed into Panama City fl to John Lee Nissan. We were so pleased with help from Ashley in the service department. Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC!! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. The whole team worked hard to make sure my experience at John Lee Nissan was a positive one. I am impressed enough to consider driving to PC to purchase a vehicle from them. Great work!!

I have had nothing but exceptional service at John Lee Nissan since my first purchase of a Nissan in 2014. Ms. Ashley has been my service representative since the beginning and she is amazing. Also, Ms. Carol who operates the shuttle service, has always been so kind and helpful.

Ashley is amazing! The entire facility is clean and the snacks are awesome while you wait. Having Enterprise Rental on-site was a plus as well. Thank you as well for such speedy service...keep doing exactly you do!

Ashley has to be the best service advisor ever. For a long time she has taken care of all my nissan service needs and every time has been very professional in explaining every detail of the service performed.
