Recently was in the market for car, test drove several cars from several dealerships. Visited John Lee Nissan and met with sales representative Adrian Garcia. Mr Garcia worked with me on 2 cars that I test drove unfortunately those didn’t work out. That night I found another vehicle that just came available I called Mr Garcia and he scheduled a test drive the next morning ( on his day off) test drove the car loved it at the time and purchased it. Later that day after purchase noticed an issue and immediately contacted Mr. Garcia who informed me that the issue could be a warranty issue and to take car to Kia. Took car to Kia a few days later and found out that the issue was an over sight of the mechanics at John Lee and it was fixed promptly by Kia, car was reinfected and overall 10 outta 10 was advised by Kia to go back to john Lee and speak to management about issue to let them know that it was an oversight by them when their inspection was done. Was directed to speak with clay (the manager of pre owned cars) HE WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON EVER!!! spoke to me VERY RUDELY!! and did not want to handle the issue even though issue was missed by the service dept..CLAY Should not be employed at this establishment if that’s the way he treats customers!!!! My overall experience was great with Adrian Garcia!! And the car is AMAZING after the oversight but clay the pre owned car manager is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Stay away from him!!!
