I had previously left a negative review based upon a bad experience, so only fair that I'd update with this positive experience. We serviced our '20 Altima in Jacksonville, FL while there on an extended stay. Upon return home to PCB, we noticed the car had a small oil leak. We contacted the dealership in Jax, and they were awesome. He said for us to take it by our dealership (John Lee), and he'd make it right! I contacted JL and they got me in immediately! (Currently have the car there, so praying for no more problems.) Thank you Mike, Danielle and David at John Lee Nissan for standing behind your brand!
