I had previously left a negative review based upon a bad experience, so only fair that I'd update with this positive experience. We serviced our '20 Altima in Jacksonville, FL while there on an extended stay. Upon return home to PCB, we noticed the car had a small oil leak. We contacted the dealership in Jax, and they were awesome. He said for us to take it by our dealership (John Lee), and he'd make it right! I contacted JL and they got me in immediately! (Currently have the car there, so praying for no more problems.) Thank you Mike, Danielle and David at John Lee Nissan for standing behind your brand! I'll post a separate thank you to the folks at Coggins Nissan Jax.

Great service! Im very satisfied with everything. I had taken my car to another dealership closer to home and they were very rude and could never figure out the problem and would charge me for something that wasnt even the problem.. john lee nissan instantly knew the problem talked me through everything. David bolin one of the salesman was very helpful and understanding and helped me with everything I needed. He was also very polite and professional. I’d go back there everyday if I could. Everyone at Nissan was very customer oriented.
David Bolin and Lauren Newton were amazing! I got a GT-R from them recently and drove from 500 miles away to pick it up. When I got there, the car and the deal was exactly as described. I would highly recommend them!
