Etoiel was awesome!! I’ve purchased many cars, and this was by far the most enjoyable experience. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and also knew a lot about the car. Being that it was a used car I was really surprised that she knew so much about it since she probably handles so many different types of cars. The negotiation process was very easy and quick. The service crew at John Lee Nissan were honest, saying if I just got the brakes done, I'd be wasting my money (the whole brake system was done for due to my job, where I drive everywhere).
