My sales advisor Fensay Frazierer was so professional, helpful, patient and spent. whatever time I needed with him. I'm low-tech so his consistent assurance that he is there for me was just what I needed.

Fensay was beyond amazing. I had to trade in my car due to an engine knock and on the way to get my new car my engine seized up on 23rd street. After calling fensay he got a group to come and push my car into the lot. Including hunter Jamal and another salesman. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and calm and assured me that anything I needed he was there. This was probably the best experience for buying a first car at a young age and I have no regrets. (I have already made this review once. But it posted from a different email. If I could give 10 stars I would. While trading my car in due to an engine knock my engine seized up right infront of Nissan. One call to fensay and he came out there with a whole group with Hunter, Jermal, and another salesman to help push my car out of road. Fensay did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and calm after everything. He was amazing and so very helpful.

I was happy with my purchase and the fact that the whole experience ran smooth and well was a plus. I haven't purchased a vehicle here in Panama City in 13 years but coming to John Lee Nissan with the service from Fensay Frazier and the amount of my trade in made me have a change of heart. I want to start off by saying, these folks are professional, and they stand by what they sell. I bought a used car, the sale went well, it was a fair price for my vehicle, and my trade. Fensay Frazier was very professional, and a great salesperson to work with. I would highly recommend him. After my purchase, a couple days later, I discovered some hidden damage on this used car. I went to the dealership, they reviewed the damage. It was apparent that someone had attempted to hide some previous damage. Since I bought the car from them, they looked at it, assess the situation, and they are standing by their car, and fixing the problem for me. That's everything I could ask for, and as a customer I appreciate them standing up and doing the right thing. In the end, I will absolutely go to them for my next vehicle. New or used. Outstanding service support from this team!
